This class is a dynamic collaboration designed to work your body hard and to then reward it! The first half of the class will focus on bodyweight exercises that are structured to give you a cardiovascular workout whilst you strengthen and tone, therefore increasing your body’s ability to burn fat.
Combining dance styles from around the world and teaming them with body conditioning and core strengthening exercises to give you a whole body workout.
