This class is a dynamic collaboration designed to work your body hard and to then reward it! The first half of the class will focus on bodyweight exercises that are structured to give you a cardiovascular workout whilst you strengthen and tone, therefore increasing your body’s ability to burn fat. The second half of the class will strengthen your core and increase your flexibility through a unique combination of yoga and pilates. If you know you are guilty of not doing enough stretching then this class is for you! All you need to bring is water, a towel and a yoga mat.

Total Body Training: £6 per class
